School Accommodation
School accommodation options will be confirmed and published on this page during autumn 2025.
School accommodation is included in the A-tournament pass. Teams will stay in classrooms, and all participants must bring their own mattresses, sleeping bags, or bed linens.
Each team staying at a school will pay a 100 € accommodation deposit upon arrival at the school.
Tournament meals will be served at the accommodation schools.
Hotel Accommodation
Our partner hotels offer accommodation during the tournament weekend:
Hotel Arthur
Arrival date: 14 May 2027
Departure date: 16 May 2027
Room rates:
- 10 x Standard double/twin rooms: €130 per room per night
- 10 x Triple rooms: €140 per room per night
- 5 x Quadruple rooms: €160 per room per night
The room allocation deadline is 14 March 2027. Any unbooked rooms will then be released for general sale.
Room rates include a buffet breakfast and VAT.
Reservations
Each guest/team is responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation. Reservations can be made through the hotel’s booking link or by contacting the sales team at myyntipalvelu@hotelarthur.fi.
Cancellation policy
Individual room reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day before arrival. If you are unable to stay, please cancel your reservation by contacting the hotel’s sales team or reception to avoid cancellation charges.

A minimum booking of 4 rooms per team is required to qualify for these special rates. The rates do not apply to bookings of 1, 2 or 3 rooms.
No rooms are held specifically for the event. All bookings are subject to the hotel’s availability.
All room rates include VAT at 13.5% and a fresh and varied buffet breakfast. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the hotel saunas, Southern Finland’s largest hotel swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.
The hotel reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.
Reservations
Reservations must be made directly with the hotel’s sales team by email at sales@haaga.fi. Please quote the booking code HBF when making your reservation. These rates are not available through third-party booking channels.
Meeting facilities and meals
Subject to availability, we can offer a space for your team’s own meeting. Team meals can also be arranged. Please ask for further details when booking your accommodation.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance, at least 10 days before arrival, either by card using a secure payment link provided by the hotel or by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Accommodation bookings for an entire team can be cancelled free of charge at least 21 days before arrival. Once payment has been made, room reservations can no longer be cancelled.

Participants with an A-pass will be provided with the following meals during the tournament:

Teams staying at a hotel can also purchase a Meal Pass.
The Meal Pass is available only for players, coaches, and guardians registered with the team.
